Marketing & Media Coordinator

Position Description:

RBA is seeking a Marketing & Media Coordinator to join the Marketing team in its New York City office, working closely with the Marketing Director and other team members across sales, compliance, and performance analytics.

  • Manage all media appearances & press interactions for members of the firm’s Investment Committee and track and promote appearances through our website & social media.

  • Manage daily social media posts for the firm, including Twitter & LinkedIn, and research ways to increase social engagement.

  • Responsible for managing all marketing material compliance approvals internally and externally. Develop strong relationship with compliance team and understand the complexities of retail marketing regulations.

  • Partner with Marketing Director and Key Accounts to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various audiences utilizing email marketing system (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and Google analytics and track, measure, and report on performance.

  • Analyze marketing & CRM engagement data to target & deliver attractive prospects to our sales team and help evolve lead delivery process.

  • Assist marketing director in maintaining new website and enhancing content as needed.

  • Assist marketing director with quarterly marketing material updates, including presentations, factsheets, commentaries, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of marketing experience

  • Detail oriented with strong project management & analytical skills

  • Strong interest in financial services industry

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience within investment or financial services industry

  • Experience using Salesforce/Pardot, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) & videography production

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
